This programme is CTH’s ultimate undergraduate level award and has been expressly designed to provide equivalent learning to that provided by a British university bachelor’s degree programme in hospitality and tourism. The programme is designed as 140 credit qualification in international hospitality and tourism management, covering all the key management skills required for a management career in the sector.

This unit covers the impact and opportunities of cultural and urban tourism, and nature and eco-tourism on different worldwide destinations.
- The Strategic Impact of the Business Environment:
The unit covers the macro environment, globalisation, the economy, responding to change, and competitive advantage in the hospitality and tourism business environment.
- Managing Events for Hospitality & Tourism:
The unit covers types of events, issues, pre/real-time/post event management in the hospitality and tourism sector.
- Quality Management for Hospitality & Tourism:
The unit covers importance of quality management in the hospitality and tourism sector, and continues quality improvement measures through the customer research & feedback.
